STEP 1: Put the lip pump to your lips and test to see if the lip pump mouth opening is aligned to the center of your lips.
STEP 2: Compress the pump to expel air. While the pump is compressed, pucker and wiggle your lips as far and deep into the lip pump as possible. Position your upper and lower lips between the middle. Learn to not drip saliva into your pump. Breathe through your nose to prevent air from entering the pump. Release the pump. Relax your lips while they are being pulled into the lip pump. If you create a perfect suction, the pump will stick to your lips even when you are not holding the pump. You should be able to use the lip pump hands-free. (If your suction is not strong enough and the lip pump falls off your lips, repeat step 2 until you achieve the perfect suction. The major reason why the lip pump falls off is because your lips and the skin surrounding the lips are not pushed deeply enough into the mouth-piece and you did not create a good suction. Try again. Don't get discouraged.)
STEP 3: Once you have created the perfect suction, leave the lip pump in place for 2 minutes. If you lose suction during the session, give your lip pump a few more presses to complete your session.
STEP 4: To remove the lip pump, Compress the lip pump while it is still attached to your lips by suction. Slowly and gently wiggle the pump until it comes off easily. Now you can apply lip ointment, moisturizer, lipstick or lip balm. Your lips will gradually keep in between on one and two hours.

DOA/Damaged Upon Receipt - We make sure our items are properly packaged before shipping to avoid damages on the item. In case you received a damaged item, which might have been caused by shipping, please send us photos of the received item along with its packaging (showing the label on the package) for us to check and report immediately to our shipping department so they can take further action.
Defective/Incompatible - We get our items in bulk so there is a little chance that some would be defective. We require you to send us photo/s of the item received and also your original item (for incompatibility issues) so we can compare the items and conduct necessary actions. If you feel like you need to return an item, please let us know the REASON so that we can provide RMA instructions.
