Please make sure you provide the correct spelling for personalised orders as names and details are copy / pasted to ensure there are no spelling errors.
You may request a sample picture of your design emailed to you through for you to check correct spelling before your order goes ahead.
The embroidery will be positioned on the towel as per example picture.

During the Ebay checkout process please add you order details to the notes section, if you miss it no problems just message us through Ebay messages with the details.
Please choose your embroidery thread colours you would like in your order from the examples below, or you can tell us ie. pinks or blues and we will choose them for you.

We aim to have your order in the post or with our courier within 4 normal working days of ordering, normal office hours are 9-am - 5pm Monday to Friday, order placed on the weekend will mean you'll need to wait till the next working day so please bear this in mind when ordering. During holiday periods this could be up to a week, if you are in a hurry please message us with the date you need your order by.
