This team would become the Perrysville Athletic Club the following year in 1916.

The team, as noted on the back of the cabinet, played at Pleasant Valley Field in Pittsburgh.
I show a newspaper clipping from 1916 about the team.

The photo exhibits some minor edge wear and measures 6.5 by 8 inches.
