If for some reason a screen would get broken during the process, we will replace it with the same quality screen that you sent us. with screen refurbishing things can and will happen so please understand that a screen could get broken.

We test each and every screen when it arrives. we will report back with any issues with the screens. if there are no issues, more than likely you will not here from us until it ships back which is usually 3-5 business day.
