PAYMENT Many types of payment are accepted, including Paypal, credit/debit card, personal cheques, Postal orders and cash (collection only) - please just send me a message on eBay for further details. Payment is required within 7 days, if for any reason your payment will be delayed please let me know. Your item will be dispatched once your payment has cleared. P&P charges can be waived if you are able to collect your item in person if you are local to Bristol - please contact me before payment so we can discuss this option and I can send you an updated invoice. SHIPPING (within UK) Items will only be dispatched within 2 working days once your payment has cleared. You will be kept informed of any delays in sending your package. Items are sent by Second Class Royal Mail as standard. If you would like your item to be tracked, recorded or sent First Class or any other service and/or you would like insurance (recommended for higher value items) I'm more than happy to do so; please get in touch before payment and I can adjust your fees accordingly. I always retain proof of postage and use recycled packaging when possible. If you are buying from outside of the UK P&P costs will vary, please get in touch so I can advise you on the charges and update your invoice. RETURNS If for any reason you want to return your item, please either start a 'Return Request' or get in touch through eBay so it can be recorded and I can advise you on how to do so. Please see below for more information. Returns on 'Buy It Now' & 'Auction' items are accepted in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations; you have a 14 day 'cooling off' period from the date you receive the item in which you can return it. You must contact me before you return the item so that it can be recorded. Once the item has been received in it's original condition and any original packaging a full refund will be issued including the original P&P amount. If the item is returned in a less than satisfactory condition you will be informed and the matter dealt with accordingly. Please note the buyer will not be refunded the cost of returning the item. Returns on faulty items are accepted. It may be possible for faulty items to be replaced or repaired, in which case I will cover the cost to return the item. If this is not possible once the item has been received you will be issued a full refund including both the original P&P and the cost to return the item. Please note that all used items may naturally carry some signs of wear & tear which is to be expected with something that has been used previously. A fault is classed as damage that means the item cannot function as it is supposed to, part/s are missing or it is hugely marked etc. more so than natural wear and tear. |
