Daisy Cloud sells clothes and accessories for women, men and children. We specialise in larger sizes but sell a range of sizes. Our items come mostly from well-known UK retailers and catalogues. Due to the way we buy our stock, we can offer it to you far cheaper than the RRP.

Our stock changes every week so please do add us as a favourite seller and keep checking what we have for sale this week. The majority of our items we only have one of and cannot always get any more of. Therefore if you really want something please buy early to avoid any disappointment. We try our best to provide the best customer experience possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments. 

Postage

For standard postage we are increasingly using courier as this is often cheaper than Royal Mail and offers full tracking that Royal Mail cannot always provide. We try to offer express courier services, where possible, for an extra charge. If you have a safe place or neighbour the parcel should be left with then please let us know and we will pass this information on to the courier. Your item will be carefully packaged in brand new, high quality protective packaging. We often can offer discounts for buying more than one item. Please check the listing or contact us. 

International Postage

We are happy to send items anywhere in the world. Many of our items can only be sent by trackable mail to comply with Ebay and Paypal regulations. Most of our items can be sent by Ebay's international courier service. Please check the listing for details or contact us. Some heavier items we may not be able to be send internationally or for a very high cost. 

Returns

We are happy to accept returns. We can only accept returns if you use the Ebay returns process. All items must be returned in the same state as when sent and in a resellable condition. New items must be unworn and unwashed. If they had tags then these must still be attached. Used items must be in the same condition as when sent. Therefore you are strongly advised to be 100% sure you wish to keep items before removing tags or wearing. We cannot accept returns on worn underwear or swimwear for hygiene reasons.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning. You are strongly advised to use a trackable return method for peace of mind. Refunds will only be made by the payment method. Paypal payments will only be refunded to the PayPal account used to pay. Anyone found abusing the refund system will be reported to Ebay and stopped from bidding on any of our auctions or buying our items.

If there are any problems before, during or after your purchase then please do contact us first. We will try our best to fairly resolve the issue. We try and list our items as accurately as possible. We also try to include a photo of the actual item but sometimes will have to use stock photos. Any defects should be listed so please ensure you are happy with the defect before bidding or buying. We are human and occasionally make genuine mistakes. Please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to quickly resolve. Photos of the problem always help but are not always necessary. We want our customers to have a good experience when buying from us.
