This mixed metals bowl is really old and really used

This looks like it has been used by generations of families

It is really scratched and dinged up.   

It really must have been thrown off the table to ding this bowl because the silver is so thick and heavy, it would take a lot to ding it

It weighs 14.72 troy ounces 

It is 6 7/8" in diameter (not counting the handles) and 1.5" high

The pro's are that this is a really heavy sturdy piece.

                              the handles are firmly attached

                               and it is functional

And it is a really interesting antique piece
