Where an item received is:

from a manufacturing defect; or

from shipping; AND
4. The manufactures sealed package HAS NOT BEEN OPENED
Returns

WE OFFER A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY! All returns MUST be "pre-authorized" by us. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping seller pays return shipping and we will replace the item if available, or issue a full refund. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Normally, cancellation
of orders which have already been paid through PayPal will not be approved.
After a transaction and payment, PayPal automatically takes their fee from the
transaction and these fees are non-refundable to us. If a buyer requests a
cancellation through eBay and the seller approves it, the seller must refund
the full amount the buyer paid, but not the amount the seller actually
received. Therefore, Cancellations will no longer be approved unless the buyer
agrees to receive an amount equal to 10% less than the price they actually
