This listing is for a framed 20th century American Decorative School enamel on copper painting by Fox. The painting is in a gilt wood frame with a natural linen matte around it. The frame measures 8 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches or 21.5 by 26.6 cm. The painting shows people standing before the Western (Wailing) Wall praying and placing notes in the wall. The piece is signed on the lower left "FOX". The frame is wood and gilt gesso with a scrolling foliate design around it.
