Rewind and Play, work, in the motor Function, but very noisy.
FF Works when you push the FF Button, and the right reel moves.
Rewind make the left reel move.
I do not have a small enough reel with a tape, to test.
Meter moves.
I did not open the battery compartment.
I did not test record.
No Reels come with this.
Just the player.
Could clean up more.
I left it alone.
For parts or repair.
NO RETURNS
I know just enough about these things to test them...that's it.
I cant guarantee the sound quality, as I don't know what it should be !
