This is made to order bed, therefore once the order has been dispatched, we will not accept return due to colour , size or bed dimensioned not fitting in your bedroom

however if there is any fault in bed, please contact us before leaving feedback , we will resolve the issue by sending replacement bed or collect the bed and refund you payment within 30 days
