An absolutely stunning mid century beaded collar necklace. Intricately made with entwined glass beads of many shapes and sizes. Some of the larger beads are plastic.This is a work of art.
The beads on the central section are woven onto wire netting.
I imagine that this is made by one of the eminent beaded costume jewellery designers of the time....Haskell, Gripoix for Chanel, Ornella, Coppola e Toppo etc. Unfortunately I cannot attribute it but perhaps there is someone who can ?
The clasp is a push clasp with baguette aurora borealis stones

The necklace is heavy, as you can imagine
