Typical Turnaround

Once we receive your print file we do a free file check and print within 2 working days and send your printed goods by tracked next day courier service. Orders received after 12 noon, please add 24hrs. If we are to produce the original artwork, then please allow a further 48hrs.It is essential that you check your emails in case we find a problem with your supplied artwork, please ensure we have the correct email address for you. Delays are caused by missed communication.

Sending Artwork

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation ebay email with our email for you to send us your print file or instructions for artwork required. If you do not receive this within 2 hours of ordering please message us and we will send you the email address. For large file sizes (over 10mb) we recommend you use the free service of WeTransfer.com and send us the download link in a message, its quick and simple to use. Always include your ebay username as  reference.

Production times are Monday to Friday (this excludes weekends and bank holidays). If orders are placed outside our production times they will be processed on the following working day.

Artwork Recommendations

File Format: Please supply file as: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, or Photoshop.

Colour: CMYK

Bleed: 3mm all round

Safe Zone: 4mm within the trimmed edge

Image Resolution: 300dpi

Fonts: Please embed or convert to curves all fonts

We check your file for any print problems, however, we do not make amendments or correct spelling errors. 

We only print in CMYK. Files supplied in RGB, Spot and Pantone colours will be converted to CMYK. We do not offer a colour matching service so what you see on screen may vary on the printed product.

Returns

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund prior to us going to print. Due to the bespoke nature of print, all printed materials are exempt from Distance Selling Regulations so we would not automatically refund a cancellation request once we have gone to print. However, we accept responsibility for the reprinting or refunding of orders where the goods are damaged on delivery or there are quality concerns with the printing process.
