While you will receive from us as a pet free, smoke free environment, we cannot guarantee this from whence it came! We clean items, polish silver, and test electronics allowing us to disclose all flaws found.

With the exception of seasonal/holiday giftware, decor, linens and clothing, we do accept returns with the buyer responsible for the return postage. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in the same packaging materials and in the same condition as how we sent it. We photo document all items during our shipping process. Refunds will not be granted unless prior approval is obtained from us. We do not pay shipping charges for returned items. 

Payment on auctions need to be paid within 5 days. In most cases, we will ship within 3 business days of cleared payments.

We will combine shipping to save you money unless we judge that the fragile nature of the item may be compromised in shipping. When purchasing more than one item, please wait for our invoice before paying. We use eBay's Global Shipping Services including rates. We will pack and ship with great care for safe arrival.
