The set top box will be delivered pre-programmed so it is ready to plug in and go upon delivery. The dish will need to be aligned to the Atlantic Bird 3 satellite at 5 degrees west. 

Recent changes to the satellites that transmit the Fransat channels have resulted in the service now being unavailable in parts of the North of England as well as all Scotland and Northern Ireland, the old Atlantic Bird satellite has been replaced by two new satellites with reduced coverage.

If you are ordering from the above areas we will supply a TNT Sat receiver which will allow you view the French channels. TNT Sat broadcasts on Astra 1 @ 19.2° East.

Shipping Conditions

All items dispatched using our Next Day 24 Hour Courier service will be delivered the next working day, Monday - Friday between 7.30am - 5pm for Mainland UK. Items ordered before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Saturday delivery available upon request, an extra charge will be applicable. Non-Mainland UK items may be subject to additional carriage charges. Next Day Delivery does not include Bank and Public Holidays.

Return Policy

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced if returned to us within 30 working days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Please note the above terms do not apply to products sold as seen or without warranty. Items purchased in error or not as expected can be returned within 30 days from receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us and to be returned in a saleable condition. Any items missing or damaged from your order must be reported to us upon receipt. All subscription based products will not be accepted for return after activation.
