The piece is constructed of robust thick borosilicate glass with inside blue/green spiral ribbons and gold fuming. The bowl also sports 4 gripping features that are glass beads about 1/4" in spherical diameter evenly spaced around the outside of the bowl at its mid-section as shown.

The piece is over-all about 2 1/2" long, about 1 1/4" in outside diameter at its widest point and has a 14mm male joint size. The actual tobacco bowl part of the slide is a 5/8" diameter x about 3/4" deep that is mostly straight sided with a rounded bottom and a single open hole at the bottom.
