Up for sale is an Adaptec Duo Connect PCI card.  This card is installed in a PCI slot, and provides 3 USB 2.0 ports and 2 FireWire 400 ports.  It is brand new and still sealed in the factory plastic wrap.

Cosmetically, the plastic wrap does show some wear from handling over time such as scratches and scuff marks and dirt/dust.  The box does have some damage from being crushed as well.

Note that this is an older card designed for older operating systems (Windows 98SE - Windows XP, and Mac OS 9), and as such, may not work properly (or at all) on newer computers or operating systems.  The system requirements from Adaptec are shown in picture #4.  Please ensure that this card is compatible with your particular computer(s) and operating system(s) before purchasing, as returns are not accepted.
