If your products arrives late and no longer needed we’re more than happy for you to return for a full refund

We do not pay return postage

Please note in the unfortunate event your balloon has any fault once inflated (excluding over inflation) they must be returned with all original packaging so they can be returned to the manufactures. In these circumstances a full refund will be returned once inspected with the return postage.
