Although the picture shows the clamps having a straight edge the ones I purchased from...

Although the picture shows the clamps having a straight edge the ones I purchased from had a curved edge where you stick the bolt in, therefore blocking your view of the nut and bolt to be able to put a wrench on it. One improvement however is that the on I purchase at the now uses a bolt with a square end that allows you to put a 3/16 socket on to tighten rather than a Phillips screwdriver on a bolt that will no doubt become rusted and be impossible to remove. Overall the remedy here is to put the clamp in a vise and straighten the end where the bolt goes in so its not curved blocking your view when you install.
