 *Please note: Buy purchasing from Everything4sale-10 you are agreeing to the below terms of sales. It is the buyers sole responsibility to read and UNDERSTAND all policies before purchasing.

 STANDARD POLICY (Does not apply to Art or Auto Parts)

• Everything4sale-10 makes no claim as to the suitability of any item for a particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of items purchased for the purpose intended. Everything4sale-10 does not guarantee fitment.

• Everything4sale-10 is not responsible for buyers? error or buyer remorse.

• Used merchandise will never be perfect. Used merchandise is never in new condition unless described in "like new condition".

• Buyer understands that Everything4sale-10 can not guarantee exact color  expectations. Colors may appear lighter or darker depending on lighting conditions and is NOT a vaild reason for return.

• If any part of your purchase is damaged or missing when received Everything4sale-10 must be informed within 48 hours. If it is determined that the part has been damaged during the shipping process I will contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Only once the claim process has been completed will I decide what, if any, action is required.

ART

• FITMENT: Everything4sale-10 makes no claim as to the suitability of any item for a particular purpose nor do we guarantee fitment. Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of items purchased for the purpose intended.

• DESCRIPTION: Everything4sale-10 attempts to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described (this applies only to the product description and is not applicable to product category or listing details section), your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit. 

• WARRANTIES: Everything4sale-10 warrants that the product is an original work of art of the named artist or a print signed, numbered an dated by artist and is sold ?as is? and in substantial compliance with the quality and condition portrayed on Everything4Sale-10 eBay listing. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE OR OTHERWISE, ON THE PRODUCTS, OR ON ANY PARTS OR LABOR FURNISHED DURING THE SALE, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, OR SERVICING OF THE PRODUCTS. Identical images  published using different media, e.g. an original painting, giclee print (poster), image on a website etc., may have very different parameters, including, but not limited to color, brightness, lightness, hue, and therefore may look very different. This is attributable to the  differences between types of media, consequently Everything4Sale-10 is not responsible for any variance in images. 

• CLAIMS: Buyer shall promptly inspect all Products upon delivery to identify any damage resulting from shipment. Buyer agrees that any damages, and resulting claims, arising from shipment shall be satisfied solely through the insurance policy (the ?Insurance?) issued by the insurance carrier covering the Product shipment, and Everything4sale-10 shall not be liable for any claims or damages not covered by Insurance.  All claims pertaining to damage from shipment must be asserted in writing within ten (10) days after delivery of such Product or such claims are waived in perpetuity. Any lawsuit by Buyer based upon breach of this contract or upon any other claim arising out of this sale must be commenced within thirty (30) days from the tender of delivery by Everything4sale-10.

• LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL EVERYTHING4SALE-10 BE LIABLE TO BUYER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR AS THE RESULT OF THE SALE, DELIVERY, NON-DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, SERVICING, USE OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR ANY PART THEREOF, OR FOR ANY CHARGES OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE INCURRED WITHOUT EVERYTHING4SALE-10'S WRITTEN CONSENT, EVEN THOUGH EVERYTHING4SAL-10 HAS BEEN NEGLIGENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL EVERYTHING4SALE-10?S LIABILITY UNDER ANY CLAIM MADE BY BUYER EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS IN RESPECT OF WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED.

• CANCELLATION: Return request must be preapproved. Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee per day that the listing has been removed from active listings. Order cancellation request that have been approved after shipment is subject to a 50% restocking fee and refund will be less shipping cost to and from the Buyer. A 75% restocking fee will be charged for all unapproved returns and shipping cost to and from the Buyer will not be reimbursed. Items must be returned in original condition, not damaged, tampered with or altered. Once the product has been received in its original condition a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If you would like to order a different item you may use your credit toward the new order but will still be charged shipping. No returns on international sales (excluding Canada)

AUTO PARTS

• Everything4sale-10 makes no claim as to the suitability of any item for a particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of items purchased for the purpose intended. Everything4sale-10 does not guarantee fitment. Final fit and verification is the buyers responsibility.

• Everything4sale-10 is not responsible for buyers? error or buyer remorse. The Buyers failure to read the listing details or asking approrpriate questions prior to purchase does not rise to the level of "Item Not As Described" but is categorized as buyer remorse.

• Used merchandise will never be perfect. Used merchandise is never in new condition unless described in "like new condition". Small scuffs, scratches and normal wear and tear are to be expected. Brake dust and wheel weight residue should be expected as well. Interchange guide should only be used as a guide and never as fact. Everything4sale-10 warrants that the product is sold ?as is? and in substantial compliance with the quality and condition portrayed on the Everything4Sale-10 eBay listing.

• Check your air pressure and balancing on all items prior to installation as air pressure often changes from car to car and whether air was let out for lighter shipping weights.

• Everything4sale-10 does not have knowledge of the prior history of wheels/tires. Tires may have been repaired and/or plugged. Everything 4sale-10 disclaim all warranties and makes no representations about the existence or fitness of said plug/repair.

• Tread life estimates are just that----estimates. When purchasing a wheel and tire set tires are to be considered free without warranty. All wheels, tires, TPMS and center caps are sold as-is with no warranty.

• Buyer shall promptly inspect all wheels upon delivery to identify any damage resulting from shipment. Buyer agrees that any damages, and resulting claims, arising from shipment shall be satisfied solely through the insurance policy (the ?Insurance?) issued by the insurance carrier covering the Product shipment, and Everything4sale-10 shall not be liable for any claims or damages not covered by Insurance.  All claims pertaining to damage from shipment must be asserted in writing within ten (72) hours after delivery or such claims are waived in perpetuity. Any lawsuit by Buyer based upon breach of this contract or upon any other claim arising out of this sale must be commenced within thirty (30) days from the tender of delivery by Everything4sale-10.

  • At times center caps can be lost or damaged during shipping. If this should happen the center cap will be replaced or refunded. No center cap is valued at more than $20. Please allow up to two weeks for a suitable replacement to be found.

A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all unapproved returns and shipping cost to and from the Buyer will not be reimbursed. Items must be returned in original condition, not damaged, tampered with or altered. Once the product has been received in its original condition a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. If you would like to order a different item you may use your credit toward the new order but will still be charged shipping. Wheels that have been installed are not eligible for return. No returns on international sales (excluding Canada).
