You are looking at a listing for a figurine from the Dept. 56 collection called "Merry Makers".  This piece is called "Solomon the Sledder".  A monk is shown riding a sled.  Very cute.  Measures about 4-7/8" x 3-1/2" x 3-3/4".

The figurine has been used.  It is in beautiful condition but may have a few paint rubs.  I don't see any chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. The box has some scuffing, dinging, a tear on the back, creasing on the lid, and wear.
