PayPal & Ebay is the only method of payment accepted from all buyers, you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal you can use any debit or credit card and pay direct into PayPal. At Present no other payment form is accepted

We dispatch all orders within same working day of payment, where orders are received before 12:00pm Mon-Fri, and 10:00am Saturday orders will be dispatched the same day. Our standard postal method for UK delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class with an estimated delivery of 2-7 working days, where the 1st class option is selected the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days. As soon as your order is marked for dispatch you will be sent an email confirmation. Where an order is not received please check with your local post office before contacting us as your item will be held there for up to two weeks for collection if you were not in at the time of delivery.

Please note we have to allow 14 working days for delivery inside the UK and 28 working days for deliveries outside of the UK before we are able to investigate non delivery.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, notice must be given preferably by email within 3 working days from the day after receipt of the goods and returned within 30 days from the date of sale.

GOODS MUST BE RETURN AS SOLD, UNOPENED, UNUSED, NOT ALTERED IN ANYWAY, INCLUDING ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND COMPLETE SEALABLE CONDITION WITH ALL PRODUCT PACKAGING AND TAG.

Goods without a returns authorization requested via eBay will not be refunded.

All goods returned are done so at the buyers own arrangement and cost. We don't specify how to return items but recommend a signed service is used in the event of loss or damage.
