This is the ultimate test in grip strength. The one handed deadlift is great for reps or holds. This handle rotates freely, leaving the weight to always hang directly below your hand. 6" grip area that's 2-3/8 in diameter. Hard solid rubber cylinder with bearings inside for clean and smooth rotation unlike ironmind and titan rollers where there are no bearings at all and just metal on metal contact. Use this with a loading pin and carabiner to test your might. Loading pin and carabiner are sold separately in my store. Rubber handles have seams and or nicks. These do not effect the performance of the handle. The Juggernaut revolving handle is great for powerlifting, arm wrestling, jiu jitsu and mma. With a loading pin any plates like rogue, titan, tds, cap, rep fitness, marcy, gold's gym, troy, body solid, Fitness gear, xmark and ethos will fit.
