Compatible with Olympic plates, the METIS hex shrug bar features a heavy-duty solid steel construction with a high weight capacity. The innovative hexagon shape eliminates bar contact with the upper thighs and torso, working the upper body muscles harder. Making weight more central, the trap bar frame is also designed to promote good deadlift technique which helps reduces stress on the lower back when lifting. For resistance to rust, a hardened chrome exterior gives a shiny finish and protects against wear and tear. Hill style knurling lets you grip the bar comfortably and the multi-grip handles offer 2 handle heights – ideal for a variety of weight training exercises in the gym.
