On the front of the card is a depiction of flowers in a vase and the Traditional Chinese characters: 花 開 富 貴 (Huā Kāi Fù Guì) meaning Blossoming flowers bring wealth

 

On the inside of the card are the words: BEST WISHES FOR A HAPPY NEW YEAR (in English) and the Traditional Chinese characters: 恭 賀 新 禧 (Gōng Hè Xīn Xǐ) meaning Happy New Year.

Also on the inside is a depiction of a Chinese junk ship with the Chinese characters (on its sails): 一 帆 風 順 (Yī Fān Fēng Shùn) meaning Plain sailing.
