** For recharging issue, They need to turn the hearing device in ON position. Then either use AC Adapter or Battery to charge the hearing amplifier.

 ** The static or whistle sound usually caused by the wrong size of ear bud. It's very important to find the best fitted ear bud for him/her and stick in the ear bud into his/her ear canal tightly. Even small tiny gap between the ear bud and your ear channel will allow air go through and cause static/whistle/buzz noise. 

 ** Soft and flexible hook fits over the ear. Currently, this product comes with 7 different sizes ear buds (2 types with 4 sizes each) to fit most customers. We always provide customer service if they need different type/size of ear bud.

 ** There is a 8-10 second delay to avoid feedback suppression after you turn on the hearing device.

** There is a build-in Noise-Free function in this hearing amplifier. It will lower down the background noise when you are in a public place with many people around.

  ** Use up to 16 hours when fully charged.
