The suede backing helps the mat grip the surface of your desk and serves as additional cushioning making it soft and comfortable.

The mousepad has a small wrist rest cut out of veg tan leather, hand-tooled, hand-painted and sealed, and hand-sewn all-around to the main body.

      

There's a lot of hand-stitching in this piece!
