The item must be returned in the original packaging, clean new and unused, with all tags and labeling to receive proper credit. New/Unused means no scratches, blemishes, wear marks on the item itself. We will refund your purchase if these conditions are met. We will refund all money, MINUS our original USPS shipping cost.
