If paying by EFT or bank deposit, please use your ebay username as a reference so we can identify your payment. If you don't use your ebay username as a reference, postage of your item could be delayed.

We send most items next business day after cleared payment has been received. Your item will be sent with tracking via Australia Post. The tracking number will be uploaded to Ebay for you to view and also emailed to you from Australia Post.

We offer a 12 month warranty period on all parts unless otherwise stated in the item description.

The Purchaser is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item under warranty, and if a replacement is to be provided, the return post is also to be paid by the Purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided under all circumstances and we will need to be advised of the warranty claim before the item is returned.

No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the return and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are reported faulty or returned. The warranty covers the replacement of the defective part only and does not extend to any associated costs in regards to labour, liability for consequential damage, personal expenses, or any other costs incurred or associated with the purchase of the part.

Unfortunately there are times when an item may need to be returned to us. Please contact us with any issues prior to leaving feedback or returning an item as we will work towards resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

In most cases an item/s is provided with free post, however as we are charged for posting the item/s, your refund will be less the postage costs incurred by us.

The following issues sometimes occur -

1. Damage received during transit – we do not replace an item if damaged by post or courier as our items are well packed. You may contact us prior to purchasing to enquire about transit insurance.

2. Incorrect item received – please contact us to resolve the problem and for a speedy resolution. We will pay for the item to be returned providing it is in original condition/packaging.

3. Incorrect item ordered – we are happy to accept items returned in original condition/packaging within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund, with postage costs to be paid by the buyer and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Please contact us so we are aware of the return.

4. Item not required – we provide a 30 day return policy if the item you purchased is not required. Item must be unused and in original condition/packaging and all postage costs to be paid by the buyer and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. A refund is only provided on the part. Please contact us to notify of the item being returned.

5. Manufacturing fault during 12 month warranty - we will replace the item under the manufacturer’s warranty conditions with proof of purchase. Buyer to pay all postage costs associated with return and sending the replacement item during 12 month warranty period. Please contact us to notify of claim.
