New with tag. Handsome men's ring in size 13.  The main stone is real sunstone from Sri Lanka, and the accent stones are white zircon (a natural gemstone, not to be confused by the man-made one by a similar name).  The setting is genuine sterling silver, stamped 925.

Sunstone is a natural gemstone, and this one shimmers with deep oranges and bright golds. Sunstone has been called the stone of joy.  This stone has inclusions that help to create the chatoyancy and shimmer, and the stone can display some veining. 

The sunstone in this ring is a burnt orange color.   It is a 10X8mm rectangular cabochon cut stone, and weighs 2.7cts.   As with most sunstones, this stone does have some inclusions and slight variations in tone.  Surrounding the sunstone, and decorating each shoulder of the sterling silver setting, is a row of small white zircons.  All of the stones together add up to 3cts.  The setting has a full comfort-fit sterling silver under gallery, and the ring weighs 7.8 grams.
