This is a Vintage Handmade Candle Holder Made from Silver-plated Wm Rogers Spoon, Fork and a Thimble. Measures 3 1/2" tall x 3" long x 1 1/2" wide. The thimble is 1/2" diameter.  SOOOOO cute!!
