HOW TO APPLY

1.     Paint your base color & allow to dry completely

2.     Cut your desired decal out.

3.     Peel the clear transfer tape from the paper backing. The decal should be stuck to the clear transfer tape.

4.     Apply decal to your nail.

5.     Peel off the clear transfer tape.

6.     Apply a clear top coat over & dry completely
