Shipping and Tracking
Default handling time is 2-5 business days payment cleared.
We ship parts considering the best available shipping option.
We ship with following shipping services:

National post tracking is available via track-trace.com website.
Fedex, UPS, TNT, DHL tracking is available on their websites.
Tracking number is ALWAYS provided.

We are not responsible for any Import Customs duties limitations or taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and decide it before buying the item.

EU countries are excluded from the list of available countries, as we have to charge 21% VAT (Value Added Tax) if the item is sold to Europe.
If you are located in EU and would like to buy the item, please contact us for the invoice considering VAT application.

Returns and Refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days after the delivery date:

Return conditions:
Item should not be used/installed.
Item should be returned in original packaging with original tags.
Return shipping tracking number has to be provided.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Customs fees or taxes paid by buyer are not refundable.

Refund (by the same method as the payment was made) will be given within 2 business days after return delivery date as:
Full refund (item price+original shipping):
For items that are defective (used items only), were sent by our mistake (we did the compatibility verification of the item based on your car's VIN number) or we have sent you something different to what you have ordered.
Partial refund (item price only):
if you changed your mind or bought the item by mistake or it's incompatible with your car (we haven't done item compatibility verification of the item based on your car's VIN).

Items that cannot be returned:
Any item more than 14 days after delivery.
Items advertized as broken/for spares/repairs.
Any personalized items (pre-programmed with your car's VIN).

We also reserve the rights not to accept a return, if:
There are signs of product being used.
There are signs of product being damaged.
