HOW TO ORDER
IMPORTANT INFORTATION.
As all of our Faux Wood Venetian Blinds are manufactured to your required sizes, it is IMPORTANT to follow the steps below
1. Choose up to Width & Drop Sizes
- Select the 'up to' sizes required from the drop-down options.
- Your blind will be manufactured to your required sizes, but only in the ranges that you have selected in the Width and Height Drop-down menus. Note. We can not provide a blind if you have requested sizes outside of these ranges.
2. Click "Buy It Now"
OR select “Add to Cart” if you would like to add additional blinds to the order.
3. Provide your Blind Information in the 'Note to Buyer' or send us an eBay Message
Required Information Below.
- Measurement Type: Window Recess Sizes, OR Exact Required Blind Size
- Width x Drop: Your Required Width x Height
- Slat Size and Exact Colour Required
When you complete your order, we will send you an eBay Message if any information is missing or not clear.
Please be advised we are unable to manufacture your order until we have received this information which could lead to incorrect eBay delivery timescales.
HOW TO MEASURE
How to measure for your Blind – Recess Sizes (Wall to Wall measurement)
Always use a metal tape measure.
Take measurements in millimetres.
Specify Width first and then Height.
Measure the window recess horizontally in 3 places and take the smallest measurement.
Measure the drop, from the top of the window frame down to the windowsill, in 3 places.
Note: If you provide Recess Sizes the factory will make an allowance of 12mm (+/-2mm) so that the blind fits inside the Window Recess
Exact Size: If you want the blind to fit outside the Window Recess, please provide us with the exact Width and Height dimensions for the blind. This is the Width and Height of the area that you would like the blind to cover. No allowances will be made by the factory.

At Contour Blinds we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your blind choice of colour. You should be mindful that product images are used only as a guide to demonstrate the overall colour of the finished product and that images can sometimes appear slightly darker/lighter on different screens. To enable you to make an informed decision regarding the right colour choice we offer a FREE Same Day Sample Service. (Not Dispatched at Weekends)

Child Safety
Cord Cleats to keep cords tidy and to comply with Child Safety requirements cord.

As all products in this listing are offered Made to Measure (custom made) they would not be subject to Distance Selling Regulations, and by buying this product you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Once orders are confirmed and forwarded to the factory they cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from time of ordering.
2. Made to measure items cannot be refunded or exchanged if incorrect information is provided.
3. Any manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit will, of course, be replaced. However, any damage in transit should be reported via an eBay message complete with photographic evidence. We will deal with your queries promptly and if necessary arrange for a replacement to be sent. Any digital pictures must be able to demonstrate the fault or damage. We have no control over the carriers that we use. We reverse the right to ask for the product to be returned for Quality Control purposes. This does not affect your statutory rights.
