This is a Rare Limoges France Tresseman and Vogt demitasseTrio set includes cup, saucer & desert plate made of fine porcelain. It has beautiful brown art decoration band at top with gold band around the rim and handle.           
  **Bottom has T & V New York Overglaze decorating mark in red"TV france Higgins Settler New York" monogram with bell. Tressmane & Volt underglaze mark T V Limoges France dates ca early 1892-1907 as stated in "Collectors Encyclopedia of  Limoges Porcelain by Mary Frank Gatson, 3rd edition."
                                                      
Measurements: Cup is approx. 2 1/8" tall 2 1/4" diameter, Saucer is approx. 4 3/4" diameter, 
Condition: Cup and saucer Pristine Condition -Gift Quality/ desert plate excellent condition minor signs of wear on inner gold band see photos
