It is ideal for wrapping a thin layer around your hook bait. This will give the bait  better attraction properties.  If you're after the smaller fish this also works well by simply wrapping some paste around your hook.

Also perfect for making your own cork ball pop-ups, just wrap a thin layer around a cork ball to make buoyant pop-ups.
