We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card (Master Card & Visa), and cash (in-person). Payment is due within 7 days of auction end.  If you have any questions, We can be reached via eBay messages and will respond within 24 hours. 


SALES TAX: We do not charge sales tax for products shipped outside the state of Wisconsin.  For Wisconsin residents 5.6% Sales Tax will be added to the purchase during checkout.

SHIPPING:  Shipping fee listed is only for the lower 48 states, HAWAII, ALASKA, CANADA, and all other COUNTRIES, please call for rates.  If contacting us for a shipping quote, please include the City, State/Province and Postal Code. 

We attempt to ship our items within 1 business day after the payment has been received.

We ship only once a day Monday through Friday.

If your payment is received after our shipments for the day have gone out then your item will ship the next day.

If your payment is received after 12 noon on Friday then your item will ship out on Monday.


Expedited shipping is available upon request.  Buyer is responsible for any additional charges inquired due to the upgrade in shipping.

 

We do have a one-business day handling time to allow us to pack your item properly for shipping.

We try to have this completed on the same day or by the next morning so that we can ship out your item by the next day after payment has been received.

 

RETURNSAll items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All returned items have to be in the original, unopened package to receive refund.  Issues with a defective product are to be handled by the customer directly with the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
