The metal box is NEW/UNOPENED (in it's original unopened outer plastic bag taped closed from new).

The CD is a PROMO issue and is in near mint condition including limited edition outer slipcase and original stickered plastic resealable sleeve. 

No obi was released with this issue from NEW.

OTHER DETAILS:  Official Japan PROMO ONLY metal CD storage box, manufactured by VIRGIN Japan to promote the Bridges To Babylon release.

Japan PROMO issue CDs include extra promotional text factory printed around the centre of the CD (see scan) and a numbered promo sticker on the back inlay.
