Listed here is a great early issue of The Victor dated 7th February 1976 - No. 781 with the remarkable story of Flight Sergeant Cyril Rofe who escaped from a German Prisoner of war camp and ended up in a wild Russian Cossack charge during his return to blighty and his award of The Military Medal as the story to Main cover
