Some gameboy games may require internal batteries to be able to use certain features such as being able to save data, most of these games are 20+ years old and may require a new battery. Replacing batteries will be the buyer's responsibility to do unless we specifically state in the listing that a new battery has been added.

All Gameboy games are also region-free so you shouldn't worry about buying games from other regions.
