Refunds:
Refunds will not be accepted if the item has been opened in any way. The only way we can accept refunds is if the item is still factory sealed and has not been removed from its packaging.
If you return an item that has been unsealed or was tampered with, there is no guarantee for a refund.
Shipping:
Shipping times are fast for us and we will ship the same day your purchase is made if it occurs before 3PM Pacific, Monday-Friday. If the cutoff is not met, your item will be shipped immediately the very next day.
