The Estimated delivery date is not guaranteed and once your parcel is dispatched we can not control any delays in delivering

If your products arrives after the date you require it for and is no longer needed we’re more than happy for you to return for a full refund

We do not pay return postage

Please note in the unfortunate event your balloon has any fault once inflated (excluding over inflation) they must be returned with all original packaging so they can be returned to the manufactures. In these circumstances a full refund will be returned once inspected.

If you do find a manufactures fault please contact us to arrange the return for you
