Vintage Savoy China of Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, England, porcelain Heraldic Policeman figurine. He is 4 inches tall. No chips or cracks. I brought him over from the UK over 30 years ago and owned him years prior to that. His emblem is for the city of Dundee, on the east coast of Scotland.
