One of the most common reasons buyers cannot bid on or buy items is because they do not link their eBay and PayPal accounts. This is because they think it involves enrolling in PayPal's One Touch payment option (which it does not). As a seller I have my settings set up so that people without a PayPal account cannot bid on my items. Unfortunately if a bidder hasn't linked their eBay and PayPal accounts, the setting interprets it to mean they don't have a PayPal account (even if they do) and doesn't allow them to bid/buy. In order to bid on or buy one of my items I suggest you link your accounts by following the directions below:
Here's how to link your accounts:
1. Log into eBay and go to "Account Settings". Click on the link that says "PayPal Account".
2. Choose Link my PayPal account.
3. You'll be asked to login to PayPal to complete the process.
