Fitment is for all models that have the cord attached to the cap by the ring not by the centre hole on the top.

Petrol & Diesel 

A common problem with the all BMW models is the small rubber cord that tethers the fuel cap in place to prevent loss during filling of the fuel tank. The rubber it was made from over time goes brittle and starts to crack causing the band to break, this wont actually cause any problems with the car but is extremely unpleasant to put up with, it looks unsightly and neglected.

This high quality band is made from temperature fuel and oil resistant rubber that will give your fuel cap a new lease on life. Don't put up with a broken cord instead fit this new high quality band and make it feel new again.  

An even more common problem with the fuel cap is the inside seal. Made from the same problematic rubber they almost always fail and once cracking of the internal seal begins it will cause a MOT failure, even trigger the check engine dash light. 

So before ordering your new tether also check your internal seal for cracks. Replacement internal seals can be found discounted as a dual listing tether and cap seal in my other items

RETURNS POLICY 

Uk orders have a free 30 day return policy. International orders have 14 days and the buyer pays the return cost. 
Returns are only accepted for unopened unused items 
If you abuse this policy and return an item used, damaged or otherwise in a conduction that's different to how you received it you will NOT receive a refund.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

The global effects of the pandemic are still ongoing and are causing delays at multiple customs across the world.  This means that your order could see a delay if caught up in these issues. Please leave an email address for tracking and progress updates if not already part of your Ebay account as a note at checkout. No email, no tracking information.

The delivery service AIM is 3 - 5 days to Europe 10 - 20 days for the rest of the world. This is only an AIM as the many potential delays could impact this AIM.
