The drop shows the diameter, length and how the ends are setup. For example, 3/8" diameter 20" long Sleeve OPEN means that it is 20" long, one end is open and one end has a sleeve.  Ends may be capped, sleeved, open, male, elbowed, etc.

Sections with elbows are measured to the center of the elbow bend.

I used a micrometer to confirm the diameter is 3/8".

Shipping and fees are $4 on the first item and $1 on each additional pole.
