Confederate #8 Blue "PETERSBURG Va. NOV 28 [1863]" Circular Datestamp well struck, a  SUPERB Condition Cover.  

The Scott #8) has large margins on three sides, but is slightly in at the left.  It is a "drop" (same city) cover addressed to Capt. E. R. Baird and endorsed "Care of Gen. Pickett."  Captain Baird was General Pickett's aide-de-camp.
