FABULOUS VINTAGE CLOWN HEAD BANK WITH A BLUE NOSE

I know nothing about this find except that it is terrific collectible!
My guesses:
  75, or more, years old
  Brass with a silver plate wash

The clown ears wiggle 

Blue nose is in perfect condition (material unknown)

Approximately 4.5" high; 5" wide; 4" deep

Nose approximately 3/4" 

Notched in the back to hold the hat to the head as shown in picture
