It is a pair of black with white trim athletic shorts that has an elastic waistband with a drawstring. Inner pocket. The inner brief has been cut out.
Waist flat is about 14 1/2" - 18", double for all the way around (unstretched - stretched)
Waist to the crotch is about 9 1/2"
crotch to the bottom is about 4"
