After the Auction:

After the auction we will send you an email with postage, payment and address details. . Note : If you haven't heard from us within 24 hours of the end of the auction, please email us to let us know.

Returns:  

If the item is received damaged in the post, please retain the item and all packaging and advise us immediately for instructions on how to claim againast the Royal Mail. We always retain proof of postage which we will forward to you if you wish to claim.

Please note that the Royal Mail no longer except claims for damaged or broken items made of china, porcelain, pottery or glass...even if they are insured !!

If you do not feel that the item matches the description, please email, before returning the goods (please use recorded delivery) for full refund.
